We have hosted various types of parties in our studio, ranging from Corporate Team Building Events to Bachelorette Parties, Baby Showers, Sunday School Gatherings, Mother’s Morning Out and the ever popular Girl’s Night Out (GNO).

Regardless how your group comes together, it is always a BLAST painting at Hip Hip hooWray! Our studio is highly energetic and allows you the freedom to express your creative Wild Side!

Here is how it works:

The host/hostess schedules their event with our studio. Private Events are available during the evenings, Tuesday - Friday after 6:00, and all day on Saturdays.

The host/hostess will help us organize the event by sharing party information with their group AND by coordinating design options/selections for your group.

Private events require a minimum of five people within your group. BONUS… if you have eight or more, the host/hostess’ piece is free. We can accommodate up to 40 people in our studio comfortably.

Each Guest will paint the 22” design of their choice at a cost of $43 per person. This price includes the cutout design, all painting supplies, ribbon / bow and glitter. Additionally, our staff will facilitate your event and our artist will assist with adding the finishing touches to your design.

Guests are welcome to bring the refreshments and beverages of their choice in to the studio.

During your event, the flow works best if you prepare to begin painting promptly at your scheduled party time. It normally takes between an hour and an hour and a half to paint your design. Once you are finished, be prepare for a 30 - 45 minute wait time while we add the finishing touches. This window of time is ideal for fellowshipping with your group, enjoying your snacks / beverages; or you are welcome to go grab dinner and come back to pick up your pieces later.

In addition to standard touch up on your pieces, we also offer more advanced design options for an additional charge…. For example, if you would like a leopard print, Lily Flowers, ikat, Moroccan or some other detailed design. The only difference is that you need to be prepared to leave your piece with us overnight so that we can focus on your design when the studio isn’t so crowded. Additional designs range between $7 – $10 depending on the degree of difficulty.

That’s it! Our goal is to make your piece look like you just bought it off of the wall and that you feel confident enough in your own work to display it in your home.

No matter the age of your kiddo, a Hip Hip hooWray Paint Party is sure to be a big hit! We have hosted young kids, tweens and teenagers and the feedback is always the same… “This was the best birthday party EVER!”.

Regardless of what your child’s social interests are, we can provide a design option to match. Whether they are in to animals, dance, cheer, sports, trucks, cars, tractors, monograms (monoglam), etc. We have it all! And if we don’t have it, just ask. We can cut almost any design for which we can sketch or obtain an image for.

Turn-key Party
Want a great party event for you child’s special day? We can do it all, from providing authentic party invitations to match your theme, party decorations, food & beverage, table scape and of course… the paint designs of your choice.

The turn-key party includes a 15” design for $45 per person.

Paint Party Only
Want to provide your own party favors and refreshments… No Problem! We can handle just the paint portion of your special day. Choose the party design of your choice and we will have everything set up and prepared for your event. We provide the facilitation of the party and the touch-up and personalization for each piece.

We offer two different sizes from which to choose - 15” design for $30 per person or a 12” design for $25 per person.

Whichever option you choose, a Hip Hip hooWray Birthday Paint Party is sure to be a huge hit!

On the one hand, you either do not have children to bring by for a birthday party OR you do have kiddos, but do not see the joy in them invading your relax time.

BUT on the other hand, you haven’t had time to plan a Girl’s Night Out with your friends.

Either way, Open Studio is most definitely for you! This service is designed as a free flowing environment where you can simply drop by, choose a design and paint your heart out. Simple, easy, & oh so exciting!

Designs
We offer most of our designs in multiple size selections for Open Studio. We keep a stock of designs specifically for our Open Studio guests. If you would like to paint a specific design during your visit, we recommend that you call ahead 1 to 2 days in advance to place your order; especially if you are looking for a piece with an initial or monogram.

Costs
During Open Studio you may choose from several different sized designs to fit your specific price point. Our design prices are as follows:
12” design for $25
15” design for $30
22” design for $43

Personalization is also available, which includes our artist’s touch-up of the finished piece and the addition of a name, monogram or phrase of your choosing.

Whether you are making a piece for your home, a gift for a birthday, holiday or shower, or simply want a little time to be creative… Open Studio is the place for you!

A-Wray-We-Go is our off-site party event service. Occasionally, for special events, we pack up the Hip Hip hooWray mobile with all of our staff and supplies to bring the party to you!

We have visited Senior Assisted Living Facilities, County Club Member Events, Restaurants, New Product Rollout Events, Grand Re-Openings, Ladies Ministry Events, and Special Needs Schools. We even had the pleasure of going to an event for all of the Ms. USA Queens in a beauty pageant organization!

As our schedule permits, we can pack up and come to you for large or special needs groups. Please reserve your date in advance.

A-Wray-We-Go is available on a case by case basis and generally requires:
